The photo above is my father and two of my three brothers at Fenway for a double header in 2011. We actually spent 12 hours at the stadium that day. Hurricane Irene rolled in shortly after this picture was taken. We weren't this dry for many hours after.
Despite the many rain delays and soggy clothes, I loved every minute of it. The Patriots preseason game was showing on jumbotron during rain delays and all the fans cheered for it. We got to check out all the little nooks and crannies, and there are a lot, of the stadium that I never had time for before.
I do my best to get back to Fenway at least once a season since, and I've been treated to some great games.
